What exactly is a retainer and how does it work?
A retainer is a monthly fee you pay to retain my services for a set block of time each month, rather than paying for specific services individually.
This means you always have a spot on my calendar and get consistent, quality design every time - which means the end of the (exhausting) briefing of a new designer with each project.

Each package is a 3-month commitment. After the 3 months, we can evaluate your package to make sure it’s still fitting your needs and we can move to 6, 9, or 12 month packages (excluding the Launch Package).
Up to 2 unused hours can roll over each month.
Your month starts on the day you start your subscription and may not align with the first day of the month. Design work does not start until payment is made.
Additional hours will be billed at the discounted rate of $75 USD per hour.
If you purchase the Launch Package, your monthly hours are not used in the creation of your sales page; they are calculated separately.
